Since 1984, AJ’s Seafood and Oyster Bar has been serving cold Gulf Coast oysters and cool libations. What began as a popular local hang out known for fresh oysters and cold beer has grown into one of the most iconic “hot spots” on the Destin Harbor. From our humble beginning shucking oysters off the deck behind a small trailer on the Destin Harbor, we are proud to have grown to four locations along Florida’s Emerald Coast, serving the freshest seafood, best live music and most exciting water activities on the Emerald Coast.
This is the place to be during the day and at night. Went for dinner and enjoyed the service. After dinner we went upstairs to the bar.The waiters helped with popular menu items. Parking is free if you park in the lot near the bar entrance...
Food was great! Service was phenomenal. The view you can't beat. Great atmosphere with stuff for everyone. Great daily specials as well.
We love to on Sunday's and sit outside and enjoy the great views and fabulous food. We had lunch portion of the clam strips with fries and coleslaw the clam strips for nice and tender. And we had a huge bowl of fresh boiled Crawfish WOW...
Great love music. We did not eat here, just came to check out the music and it didn't disappoint.
