Get ready for the most exciting two minutes in sports at our Kentucky Derby Watch Party & Bourbon Tasting at AJs on Destin Harbor! Join us on May 4th starting at 3:00 PM for a day filled with fun and festivities.  

 Highlights of the event include:

 - Experience the thrill of Kentucky Derby on our outdoor Jumbotron screen! - Bourbon Tasting: Sample a selection of premium bourbons and discover a new favorite.  - Derby Hat Contest: Ladies show off your most stylish Derby hat for a chance to win fabulous prizes.Scheduled for 5:00 PM  - Dapper Man Contest: Men this contest is for best dressed Derby attire, enter for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Scheduled for 4:45 PM - Photo Booth: Capture memorable moments with your friends and fellow derby enthusiasts at our fun Photo Booth.  - Betting on the ones: Place your bets and cheer on your favorite horses as they race to the finish line. Kentucky Derby race is scheduled for 5:45 PM.  - Bourbon sampling : Sampling starts at 3:00 PM and runs till the Derby starts.  - Mint Julep specials all day !  

 Come dressed to impress in your derby best and immerse yourself in the excitement of the Kentucky Derby right here at AJ's on the Destin Harbor! Invite your friends and family for an afternoon filled with racing fun and southern charm!  

 ( betting on the ponies consist of patrons randomly picking a horse to win the race for a prize! It cost no money to play but you must be present to win!)

 - Margarita Specials: Enjoy refreshing house margaritas for just $5 each. 

- Tequila & Tacos: Indulge in tequila shots , tasty tacos, and delicious Mexican fare. -

 Buckets of Beer: Grab a bucket of beer for $20 to share with friends and keep the party going. Choose between Corona or Modelo. 

- Patron Tequila Blender Bike: Watch as our blender bike whips up frosty Patron margaritas right before your eyes!  

- Crawfish Boil: Our famous Sunday Crawfish Boil ready at 1:00 PM.

Join us for the 67th Annual "Blessing of the Fleet" on Thursday, May 9th. Come walk the harbor, or sit on the top deck at AJ's and become part of the City of Destin Fishing Fleet tradition! !! Boats start lining up at 4PM and Blessing starts at 5PM.

* AJ's is honored to be apart of this community wide event. Each year AJ's provides the Rodeo barge as a vessel; for several local pastors that will bless the boats one by one as they proceed in a line down the harbor - wishing them safe passage and bountiful catches for the 2024 season 🙏☀️⛴

In support of this Destin community event, AJ's will have our parking lot on the north side of Harbor Blvd. open for all to park. 

AJ's Annual Tin Cup Classic Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, August 10th, 2024. Mark your calendars and save the date for the most fun on the greens! Stayed tuned for more details and date to start registering your team.
